Radiator hoses

I'm about to replace my radiator. Should I do anything special about hoses? Are some better than others?

I have always heard to use genuine MB hoses and this has come from many sources.  I guess they really last longer and possibly give you a hint of failure (bulging) before failing.

Don't forget how many you have:
- supply & return at radiator
- supply & return at heater core
- supply & return at F.I. Pump thermostat
- supply to overflow/pressure tank
- thermostat bypass

Did I forget any?

Hello Shawn,
The original hoses are a little expensive, however they will last twenty years or more!
