Original interior paint

I have a  1980 280 SL painted in green (ref 291) and I'm doing now a new respray. The question is : the interior of the engine hood bonnet as well as the boot lid is it, originaly, painted in black?

I look and thank you all for your URGENT HELP, because the job will be done next week, so I'm very short on time.

1980 makes it a type 107

Engine bay same colour as the car.

I believe the trunk / boot lid are painted that MB dark grey but I'm not sure.

The color used on trunk lid and a few other areas of a 107 in 1980 was deep dark grey or in german "tiefdunkelgrau" code 164 (4 digits would be 7164, I think).

I believe Hans is right with "tiefdunkelgrau" in the trunk ....
This is at least what I have in my '71 W114 as well. However, a 1980 280SL "belongs" to the era of the great W123 etc. - and I know that at least those had (later or sooner) a lighter grey - which the parts gentleman at the dealer's called "galinitgrau". I don't know what that paint code number is though ...
Perhaps someone with lots of 123 experience should comment... Doug?

The change to the lighter grey was done some time early 1982, and I believe it applies all models. My 1983 280E has the lighter grey, I think they called it galanit grau/grey, in the trunk area. I don't recall the color code for that color.

But now let's get serious about this  - let's talk about the real interior color ...

What is the real color shade of the SL's (W113 of course) interior paint? 
I realize there was some body color spray inside - especially on the tunnel and under the dash.
But the front crossmember under the seat, the two little rear brackets under the seat and the large cross member behind the seats were painted differently (the little remainder besides all the rust that is) - it was a dark grey or so.
Do you perhaps know what color code that is?

Does anybody of you have a picture of an early (230's) unmolested interior without seats/carpets to see what these areas look like? A well restored car wouldn't provide too much help here...

And additionally, what does the longitudinal carrier/support under the jump seat or the wooden shell halves look like? This thing behind the tunnel where the clips of the wooden shell halves just snap in?
It "was" red in my car - fitting the interior's color but my jump seat was only fitted muuuch later in 1964 - not 1963 when the car came off-factory. So, that might have been brushed over at the dealer's.

I would like to get some overspray over my rust there - and just want to do it correclty.

Please, what can you recommend?

Thank you for your help but I misunderstood the year: It's a 1970 280 Pagoda! So the question is : what is the original colour of the interior of the boot lid and the engine bonnet ? Same of the car? Black? Dark grey as the R107?

 "7164" is the color code for this deep dark gray.
