There are two. Good way to clean drain tubes is a run through with a piano wire, then a small bottle brush. The tubes exit in the engine compartment on the lower firewall. There is a rubber ball on the left one. Replace this if old and cracked, but make sure it is there!
It's purpose is to keep petrol (gas) fumes from entering the vent system (and thus the driver/passenger)[:0]
On the right, there is no rubber ball as it would be rather rapidly fried, being so close to the exhaust downpipes
