Ignition Bezel Installing
« on: September 11, 2008, 18:11:45 »
Have a new ignition bezel ring with rubber surround.

Would like to install the bezel the easy way since I don't have a garage and have very few tools.

Can I simply push the ignition bezel into the space around the ignition? Will the four tabs bend out to hold the ring in?

Or does this have to be a "take things apart" job?

Richard,

I put a bezel on the ignition and the gasket was snug. It has stayed on without any problems. I plan to bend the tabs only if it happens to come loose.
