Speedo and tacho glass bezel removal.
« on: December 03, 2008, 21:30:58 »
The speedo and tacho require the glass to be cleaned inside.I have read that the bezel can be removed, but on my instruments the chrome ring is peaned over around the circumference. What is the best way to remove these items?

This has been a previously discussed topic. Here is one string I found

I only searched on the string title, you might get more hits if you search the entire message.
Good luck

It's an easy job.  I just did my speedo last week.   It used to be somewhat fogged which turned out to be 40 years of dust.    Looks brand new now.   Make sure to replace the bulbs while you have them out.
