Had a similar problem when trying to start one of my pagodas after over a year. Here's the thread:
http://sl113.org/forums/index.php?topic=7100.msg44768#msg44768First, make sure the petrol supply to the injection pump is good (both quality and quantity).
Second, review the 'Injection pump tour' by Joe Alexander (see technical manual or search forum archives).
Next, you need to make sure the rack in the injection pump still moved freely. Mine was stuck from sitting that long, and I freed it whilst the pump was installed.
There is a little threaded cover on the face of the pump facing toward the front of the car. This is an access hole which allows a long 4mm bolt to be screwed into the front of the 'rack'. Do this and then try to move the bolt (and rack) in-and-out. It should move freely.
If it does, then the next step would be to make sure all the lines and injectors are clear.
Let us know how you come along.
