Chrome " bundt " hub caps
« on: September 24, 2009, 20:02:26 »
Attention  all Pagoda people running "bundt cake" wheels on their cars:

I found these very nice replacements for the dull & faded painted hub caps that we all seem to have on our wheels. They have what appears to be an M-B part number of  107 400 0025C.  I looked for the "Made in China" mark and could not fine one.

The seller is familiar to many of us  as   IMPORTBARON  on his  eBay site. He claims they are M-B dealer items.

I have used him numerous times over the last six years and have had nothing but good experiences.

I got a set of four for the paltry sum  of $ 25.00. (+ shipping)

Regards,  Larry in CA

I'm pretty sure that the bundt center cap should match the wheel.  Chrome or polished bundts would have the chrome cap.

I had a sleeve made by a machine shop and was able to fit the newer model blue mercedes cap on my bundt rims. It came out nice.  I'd take pics soon and have it here. As you folks may know the newer car's caps are smaller (I think they are one eigth of an inch smaller) and do not fit the bundt rims.
