Engine Rebuild Need Shop Recommendation

hi guys
I'm looking for a shop to rebuild my engine and do technical job. I live in israel and want to send the car. My car is a 280SL 1970.

How far are you prepared to sendthe car?
Why not just send the engine?

In that case there are many reputable shops in all parts of the world, mine being on of them!
