Hello,

Does somebody know how the rear panels in the corners
have to be fixed?

With screws and how many and in which spot?

Thanks for reading!!

Do you mean the panels in the trunk on L & R sides?  Or do you mean the panels that are covered in leather/MB-Tex, on L & R side behind the doors, that transition to the carpet?

Hello
I start by removing the large chrome cover at the top first. With the convertible top down you will be able to see what holds it.
You will see the obvious screws near the door on the upholstered panel. In addition there is one at the lower corners under the rear carpeted deck.  You will have to remove the deck.  If you have shoulder harnesses you will need to remove these also.

Hello Joe,

Do you have a picture perhaps? My panels have new MB Tex
and I want to place them with the screws on the right spot, because
the old ones has many holes on a lot of places, they where fit with a
lot of screws!!

Thanks,

Henri  ;)
