That information is useless to you. Even if you have it you need to understand what it says. Then you need the parts to fix it which you won't be able to buy. Even if you could get the parts you need special tools to calibrate the pump - good luck finding those.
And, as if the hurdles aren't high enough, then you need a test bench in order to due all the fuel flow tests and other settings.
This is job for a rebuilder to do. Aside from a few external adjustments the average owner can make, there's nothing you can do inside of the pump except screw it up. Then you still have to send it out for a rebuild.
