Fire Extinguisher For older MB

When I lived in Germany in late 80s, I saw a lot of MB sedans (300Ds & 300Es), but also on some SLs, that had a driver's seat mounted fire extinguishers.  I am currently looking to purchase one, if found.  Does anyone have such a extinguisher that they can take a picture of, and also tell me who the manufacturer is.
