Hi All,
I am just about finished my 230SL and I have a part left over. Can anyone ID this and tell me where it goes?
Thanks,
Jeff

Hard to tell, is that some kind of spacer, also a bolt threaded all the way down, instead of a shank, maybe it dosnt belong to the car
Best i can come up with.

Jeff,
Most of us who have worked years to restore these cars have a screw loose, if not before the restoration, certainly after.

Now thats more like it! I guess it could be left over from the Beemer rebuild. I thought sure it came off the MB. I will go w/out it and see if anything falls off!
Thanks all!!
