Finally! Top Down weather!
« on: May 30, 2011, 19:09:03 »
We have had an exceptionally cool (and wet) spring here in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, but today, my wife and I finally got the Hard Top safely off our car and then went for a short (25 mile) drive before the clouds moved in once again. Had an opportunity to use the heater for the 1st time in about 25 years as well. It like the rest of the car, performed flawlessly.

Very Nice John! Car and Bride look lovely as always!

This has indeed been one of the strangest weather-pattern years in recent memory. Cool, windy and off and on sunshine here today.. May sneak in a quick Memorial Day Drive if I can. Have to find the sunglasses and the parka...

Thanks for the nice comments James and I hope you get a ride in today. Ours is back in the garage safely tucked away and the sun has disappeared here for the day. I always give a sigh of relief once the top is hoisted off and now stowed on my new stand where it will stay for next several months.

Well, time to go and fire up the BBQ.
