Hi!
I have 2 pagodas in Vietnam, both restored- but one needs its fuel injection pump rebuilt, its running very rough and on 5 cylinders. I would like to send it to someone in the US to rebuild and then collect. Any suggestions? Ideally with website and email so i can communicate easily. Also, i need to make sure its done right first time as the dhl cost for sending and collecting will be nasty....

thanks in advance!

nathan.

P.S. you can see one of my 113's here.

Nathan, check our vendors list.

Black Forest in Wisconsin
H&R in New York
Pacific Fuel Injection in California

All these places rebuild our pumps.

I would stick with one of the above three.   I'm going to have mine done at Pacific Fuel Injection when the time comes (not critical yet...)

See the thread from the guy in Thailand. A lot closer than San Francisco. I have always found itr Curious that Mercedes managed to sell new cars in Veitnam in the 1960's. I have seen a really nice W108 that was sold new in Saigon.

Hi
Here in Bangkok, I contact a german guy called Robert Holnsteiner.  He's a 300SL Gullwing specialist here and has worked on numerous classic Benzes here.  I discovered him through a network of W113 owners here.  He is also well recommended for other Classic SLs like the 190SL and other platforms like the 600 Pullman, as well as W111, 112s.  Quite well known in the Classic MErcedes Club Thailand.  He should be able to help you with all your restoration needs and coming to Thailand from Vietnam should be only about an hour flight.  His email is sirholly@gmail.com  and his mobile number is 66 8 1 891 7828

If you do have a chance to drop by Bangkok, let me know.
