The thermal expansion, timing, condition, etc of all the parts have changed. Circuits could have been altered. The WRD, CSV, start relay, pollution circuits, FIP shaft adjustment, linkages, etc are all suspect. With all due respect for our Forum(the best source, period, of help), we have yet to come up with a single, all encompassing solution method. WE can help, bit by bit, of info.
