Just went through this myself. If I remember correctly, there are 3 bolts, plus the adjuster stud with the 2 nuts on it, that need to be loose to move the pump. I could not get my belt off the pump even though it was a far as possible towards the crankshaft pulley. I did a little searching on this site, and found that the only way to get the belt off is to cut it off.
Getting the new belt back on simply involves placing the new belt on the crank pulley and around the bottom of the PS pump pulley. Then you just have to bump the starter over to get the belt to seat on the PS pulley. Pull your coil wire off while doing this to avoid the engine starting.
