I visited another member who has an identically coloured 230SL. Here's how they look together!

What are the odds of that, especially in Canada eh?  Both look like very nice examples.

I wonder if that's enough to form our own club!

Over the years, I've met a few other DB268 Pagodas in Toronto
- one that drove around the Beaches
- one in Maplecrest Upholstery, getting a new interior
- one that my accountant used to own. He didn't like the operating expenses, so he sold it. I don't think Pagodas are meant for accountants.

Hi, I've just looked at your post belatedly.  What colour upholstry and carpet have both the cars go plse? I have got the same paintwork (Dunkelgrun)and Bamboo upholstery.  Figuring out what the carpet colour should be and I'm thinking bamboo although the original owner thought it was a dark brown

My car (the one with the hardtop) was originally finished in 114 Natural Light MB-Tex, which is no longer available.

I'm having it redone in its leather equivalent (219 Natural Light) right now.

Looks like they kissing each other! :-*
Perhaps if you meet more often, one day you'll have a baby? ;D
But that will be stuffed with all kinds of electronics. ::)
Love that picture.

I'm also green - with envy ;-)
At first I thought that green was only suitable for British classics, but that color suits w113s quite well

When I was shopping for a Pagoda in 1977, green was not on my list of colours. Not even in the top 10. Until I saw this one: green suddenly made perfect sense.

I think it cost me $3000, about the price of a brand new Mini.

I'm still not a fan of green as a car colour, now with one exception.

Ghenne,
I actually had the same view until I saw Artur's restored car (she can bee seen here http://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?topic=18477.0).
However, I always thought that every British period car looks great in green (such as British green or moss green)
