Car for sale - Craigslist - 1966 230sl

Found this this morning while reading through the BAT (Bring a Trailer) site.

I have no connection to this car and don't even know where Husdon WI is. The add says it needs an interior.  European car, 2,500 miles on motor, new paint, hardtop, soft top, stored for 15 years in heated garage.  $16,000.  Price seems alright as long as it isn't a bondo bucket.

What can be seen in the interior is that it has some unconventional headrests, which may suggest that the previous owners did not care for originality. Also, one can spot the steering will that probably is a Nardi wheel.

I agree that if this is not a rust bucket underneath the seemingly beautiful body, 16000 $ may be a good Xmas gift that most likely no SL113 group member would refuse
