When I was looking for these bulbs, I did a search and found several posts but I'm not sure there was ever a final answer. One post said that an Osram 5618 would work. They are available on the internet, but the shipping is 5x the bulbs.
However, your Mercedes dealer has them, PN N 072601 012120.
