I will be in the UK and Germany in September traveling by train (I did the train using the RailPass in 2011 and it was great). I will be joining 20 Pagoda's in Hamburg, Germany on September 4, 5 and 6th. My plans are to make it a 3 week holiday visiting family apart from the Hamburg meet. Two of the Pagode drivers in Germany will have no passenger and I am invited to drive with one of them during the Hamburg meet since of course I cannot take my Pagoda along.
I will be in London, UK and am thinking of scheduling my holiday in such a way to take in at least one of the 3 days at the Goodwood Revival. I'm wondering what would be the best of those three days to attend.
I notice that that Erik might not have a co-driver (passenger), unless he intents to take part in the racing events? I would be happy to meet him (provided he does need a co-driver) in Brussels or any train station along his route. I assume the caravan would be taking the EuroStar to London, UK.
I will be flying in from Canada into London, UK scheduling my holiday around the Hamburg meet and the Goodwood Revival event would be no problem for me. In any event I like to attend one of the days I would be making my own way from London, UK to the event (should there be no offers as a passenger), and return to London, UK since I do have family in London, UK before returning home to Canada.
Should anyone from France, Italy or Germany drive to the event (and is in need of a co-driver that would of course share with the petrol) my 3 week train travels include stops in Paris, Zurich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Hamburg of course.
Edit ... "Goodwood" typo
