A last drive - sad to see her go
« on: August 13, 2013, 01:09:16 »
Alas, this was my last long drive in my 280. A beautiful day in the North Carolina  mountains. The 4 speed accelerated up the mountain with ease and the turns were fantastic.  The wind in my hair ( at least the little that I have).  For years I have searched for the car I loved.  I found it, and enjoyed it.  But sometimes life's circumstances change.  Perhaps the future holds another Pagoda for me.  I'm sad I'll miss the 50th.

I have to sell.  It's hard to let go.

For posterity, here is my photo journal.

Hi Greg,
great photo! If there's a story behind why you have to let the Pagoda go, and you want to tell it, we're here to listen.
