Received my data card from Stuttgart (within 1 week from requesting it), can figure most things out, except Code 622.
Any ideas ?? thanks.

 I just broke open my picky bank and requested a certificate from the classic center on my 1968 280SL. I guess this means my name will be recorded in their books for posterity of owners of Mercedes-Benz classic cars.
