Hi, a 1970 car that I am looking to buy is fine shifting up, but the 3-2 downshift is locked out at times. I have successfully double clutched this shift, but not always. It will not move into second from third, solid resistance here. Trans was filled with gear oil and recently changed to ATF (within 500 to 1,000 miles)Synchros seem o.k., any ideas, could shift linkage bushings create this? Linkage adjustments? Help!
