Four Speed Shifting Problems, Help

Hi, a 1970 car that I am looking to buy is fine shifting up, but the 3-2 downshift is locked out at times.  I have successfully double clutched this shift, but not always. It will not move into second from third, solid resistance here. Trans was filled with gear oil and recently changed to ATF (within 500 to 1,000 miles)Synchros seem o.k., any ideas, could shift linkage bushings create this? Linkage adjustments?  Help!  Thank you so much!

James,
   Our clutch linkage is basically hydraulic and it is unlikely that it needs adjustment. The clutch should be releasing near the top of the pedal. I rcently hadoblems shifting and I rebuilt my clutch slave cyclinder. The other suspct componenets of the system could be the slave cylinder or the flex hose connecting to the slave cylinder. I understand the earlier 113's had an adjustable pin from the slave cylinder. Ours do not. Hope this information helps.
