Those are Norwegian plates as they were used up until around 1971. Today you can still have them custom made for your historical vehicle.

Kamil Stoch is more known as a Polish top ski jumping sportsman. I would rather assume some other things....:-)... errr.. let's say... since you are in California... you could have made a little effort and provide a selifie of the kind with a Pagoda rather that with a Mercedes ersatz derivative
