Another 300d question

Hey guys! My buddy and I swapped the engine out of the 300 and now we have the old engine sitting in his shop! We are planning to part it out and I was wondering if you guys knew of a good place that buys? And if anyone had an guesses as to the amount we might make in total?

Not much demand for a broken engine.  Ebay or Craig's List, some of the other parts. Maybe the cylinder head and camshaft.  Accessories like the alternator, starter are worth a bit. Possibly the injection pump may be of interest. Scrap the rest.

Good choice on the engine swap!  Got it drivable yet?

Thanks for the advice! We did get it running! This afternoon! It took a bit, the diesel I has left with the car froze overnight but otherwise it went smoothly!
