Not only do they make it look easy ... they end up changing things without your concent then presenting you with a bill many times higher then the original estimate ...

Google "Schade Herr Schad" if you like to read the sad story

or read the English translated version I attach here for you ... makes for good reading. One always needs to get things in writing times for a handshake goahead for this kind of work are long gone.
