Yes, certainly, and this was the case well into 1969, too... The type that came after that, the 108 400 1402, no longer had the "noses" and it had ventilating holes all around (see reply #6).
Unfortunately the photo shows only the outside and not the inside with the part number
The M-B number is on the outside, along with manufacturers logo, and size ( 14Jx6H ), and month and year of manufacture. January 1969 in the attached picture.
Who has one of these wheels?
All W113 delivered with 6" wide wheels from autumn of 1965 onwards had these wheels mounted at the factory, well into 1969.
