Pagoda World Issue 15

Pagoda World Issue 15 was mailed to all full members earlier this week. US-based members have begun to receive their copies, and non-US members should expect to receive theirs in the coming week or so.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome through the forum or via personal message.

I don't seem to be able to access PWI 15 by clicking on it - does this mean the magazine is actually delivered to my postal address, in Sydney Australia.
