If the blower motor is the same as for the 280.
1. Remove end plastic end caps ducts.
2. Look inside the vanes on he blower and you will see 2 small allen screws. With a long shaft metric allen wrench loosen them
3. Now you should be able to remove the blower wheels. [ I would lube the shaft on both the inside and outside of the wheels for several days so they slide off easier. [Be VERY careful not to damaged the blower wheels.]
4. The motor is attached to the housing by nuts on the blower motor, remove and you should be able to slip out then motor.
