Hey Bureau. Somehow, in all your verbosity, I still managed to miss the point.  :o

Is today you car's 51st birthday?

Reason I ask is -- today is my car's 51st -- to the day. The stamp on the Data Card is 12 November 1963! I would find it fascinating if yours is too...

James,

The VIN numbers should be very close if that was the case no? If you sort the VIN numbers in the Technical Manual (Car Registry [click on Home>Car Registry under Content] you then can sort the VIN numbers and check it) you might find the VIN numbers to be close. I'm sure yo know how to get there, I'm just showing it in case you need a helping hand :)

Mine is within 3 numbers of another member here, his car I assume must have been 3 cars behind mine on the final assembly line :) I meet him last year at a car show.
