M 130 head help

I need some help with a head for a M130 engine.  Head that came off the car is a 130 016 32 01 and is the cleaned one pictured.

I want to confirm that I can use this second head.  # is 130 016 08 01.  The dirty (black) picture.  The chart posted in the tech info says it will work but once I took it off it looks totally different. 

Will the second head work?  Machine shop says it might be a different compression?  Or a Euro vs. U.S. Head? 

Before I spend the $$ at the machine shop I want to make sure it will work.

Those two heads are interchangeable.  Also, they both have 9.5 to 1.0 compression.
