This "innovative" type of situation is likely to happen in Russia, but - on the other hand - the lack of the front plate points to countries where it is common. Russia is not one of them.

Not sure if I am correct, but it looks like all other cars are also MBs, except for the small one. Also, one of the cars seems to have a yellow rear plate... Not easy to guess ,
