Kind of a remake of the 1955 Le Mans crash "caused" by a Jaguar entering the pits. Thankfully Mass did not fly into the spectators!

Wow, thanks for sharing Peter.  Thankfully no one was hurt.  Still have to love some of the comments, especially the one about being thankful there were a bunch of pensioners on hand with a water squirter.  :D

Didn't Jon go to Goodwood again this year?  Maybe he was in the stands.

given what kind of written-off wrecks have been brought back to their heydays glory, I have no doubt that both cars will shine again soon.

Remains the question of loss of their value, but at 4 mln US$, this sounds to me more like a notional value than anything else.
