Wake up call !!!

For all those who have shown there intention to participate and have received a invitation please respond .
We are still missing information and payments from several wannabe attendees , so if you lack information , because we still do not have your Email address , and you did not receive the detailed information from us …. Please respond !

We also want to ask you do mention your username with your payment !!
For instance who is ER-Seifert ?? Thank for your payment but i think it would be nice if we know who you are …. And for all you jokers out there the person who we need knows the rest of the details with the payment and we will check

We want to proceed with our weekend so please respond !

I e-mailed Rick some time ago that I will NOT be attending. Things unfortunately did not work out as I had hoped.

I was also offered a spot as a passengier by a member that asked me to keep his name confidential.

This may free up a passengier spot for someone else.

Please remove "Rolfdieter" from your list.

Rick lives in the part of Holland where Carnival is celebrated. Expect no reply until Thursday at the earliest. I know he is a respected figure in the local Vastelaovend community...

Off course we all would like an event nearby or around the corner … this time however its Italy ( Dolomites )
In France, Alsace ,it took place in 2010 . But you are more then welcome to initiate an event for 2018 ?

Clermont Ferrand to Tramayes (71) is about 3 hours. Much closer than Italy.

Dear attendees ,

Thank you all for the deposits , we transferred it to the Hotel and this made our reservation solid.
Nevertheless we're puzzled by some members who expressed there interest , and then remained silent...

So after many mails , calls and various methods of contact ... we have 2, and maybe 3, places opened up again for wannebee attendees .

So if there is interest we still have some places for our Event on 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 September 2016 , Merano Dolomites Italy .

For your information a lot of effort is put in the organisation of the bi-annual event everytime again;

third : The places available are per team . So usually this means two persons . Single attendees have signed in as well but they are likely to team up with other single participants.
