HEllo All, I Just bought a 1965 W111 Mercedes 250SE Convertible , to restore.
Does any one know of a good web site, part dealers for this model??

I have,not seen the car yet, I bought it on e-bay, It seems to be complete, and the body and chrome seem ok. it needs a complete interior, and an engin rebuild.

Interesting! there seems to be a bunch of people in your neck of the woods who are really into cars!
There is one guy I know who I help out with his Lancia Delta Integrale now and then, Wants me to come over for your international stage rally!
One day...
but alas no money at the moment!

Try the German W111 website at www.W111.net.  It's at least good for pictures and other W111 links if you don't speak the language.
