Hardtop or softtop for PUB?
« on: September 09, 2015, 23:23:36 »
What do you think?  Is the weather going to be clear for our weekend adventure?  If rain is expected I may put the hardtop on for the trip.  It will be a last minute choice...

I put my hard top on yesterday.  I usually use the hard top for any overnight drives.  Plus the car just looks so much better with the hard top compared to the soft top, in my opinion anyway.

There are lots of us who would be willing to help you remove your hardtop.  One year at PUB, I left it on the ground at Joe's so I could shoot video of the parade to the photo shoot location.

I decided a while ago to put the hardtop on the car, she does after all look so much more like a Pagoda with the top on  :)

Rain is in the forecast for the Columbus area 60% Friday, 50% Saturday and 10% Sunday. Mind you as we all know it will change.

Keep an eye on the forecast ===>>> http://weather.aol.com/forecast/US/columbus/id/USOH0212/

(Scroll down for the 7 day forecast once the link opens)

Like Ray said, one can always take it off and store it at Joe's for a drive in the area.

Took a picture last Sunday at a local car show of mine ... Yes the hardtop looks good :)

This morning the forecast for Saturday was upgraded to 20% chance and 10% on Sunday.  We'll see.  The weather guessers are doing the best they can, but it will be what it will be.  So everyone bring their sunny disposition and we'll be just fine! ;D

You can argue what looks better, the soft top or the hard top. I feel the open car is the best look as tops are only if the weather gets bad.

The hardtop is on...  I'll leave tomorrow morning and should arrive in the early afternoon.  Looks like hot and rainy for Friday and in the upper 60s and dry for Saturday and Sunday.

The price goes up when the top goes down!
