wiring diagram for 1972 w108.057

Hi, can anyone help me with a wiring diagram for a 1972 280SE 3.5 plse.  I suspect it is pretty much the same as the 1972 280SE  fitted with the M130 engine. Has jetronic fuel injection not mechanical.

I think the BBB has that as it covers the 3.5

Hi, thanks for that, i think you may be right, I thought it only went to 1968.

I'm thinking the 3.5 has a slightly different wiring harness than a 4.5 so only look at the right diagram for your car.

Hi, your surmise was correct thanks, I have borrowed Andy Burn's BBB and the correct schematic is page 15.54.82-0/17. 

I am fitting an immobiliser/alarm, have figured out where most of it should connect, just want to get the best place for the indicator lights to flash. Any comments appreciated.

Also it would be useful to tap into the ignition switch but like the w113 it looks like a mission unless someone knows how to get to the back of this relatively easily?

I find that most people ignore alarm systems since they go off all the time in parking lots. Sometimes they work so well that you can't start your own car. I suppose I could go on but I imagine you know what my opinion must be by now.
