There is no going back on my restoration this 280 is in somewhat sad condition and it will be a challenge, figure three year project. This is my second project, my first one is my 1950 MG-TD.

Looks like a late 280SL USA version. Maybe you power washed everything before starting but it looks fairly clean to me. What's wrong with your car?

Have a lot of corrosion since this was a car from Michigan which was loaded with Ziebart but it appears that this undercoating didn't completely do the job.
