Sunroof Pop-Up Wind Deflector for a W111

The W111 cars didn't come with a pop up wind deflector for the sunroof.  Anyone know if this type of system
can be retrofitted to a W111 from a later model Mercedes?
I've heard rumors of this being done but can't find any information about it.
In fact I was looking at some pictures of a 55 300SC and it looks like they
have done just that. Retrofitted a pop up sunroof wind deflector.
I'm not talking about one of those plastic bubbles which you screw to the top
of your car. Anyone seen this, have any info?
