Pagoda spotted in London a minute ago
« on: February 23, 2016, 18:27:50 »
My daughter Alizée just sent me a pic from London she took a minute ago with her mobile.

This Pagoda was parked at Paul Street, London.

BTW: Isn't it great seeing that my child demonstrates sensitivity towards Pagodas?

I love the contrast between the Pagoda and the BMW i3 electric car in the background.

Anyone know FYY 412H in London (Barnes)? Tunis-beige late-model 250SL or early 280SL with W113 Pagoda SL Group sticker in window. Just curious.

The colour sounds like Kemal's but not sure about the VRN. Incidentally, I know of 3 pagodas in well-heeled and jolly smart Barnes, and at least one 107.

It is indeed Kemal's car. I remembered he was in Pagoda Style, so I just checked.

I saw Kemal's car at our Goodwood event -- I don't think it's tunis beige.  I think his car is 728H Beige Gray metallic --- I know the color code only because it's the same as the "original" color of my 280 that is now ivory and I want to bring it back to original color.

I do recall a tunis beige that lived in London that was pictured and written about here -- can't recall the member's name.  Thought he also had a place in Germany?

This is a picture of Kemal and his car I took in 2007 at the London European Event for SL113 Group (back when it was still a one-day low key affair). Kemal actually organised this event. Kemal is the guy with the sunglasses. The other person is Naj's brother (I think, but might be confused... I'm getting older....)

I think the car I was mentioning might be the one in this link.
