I met a chap the other day who, with a few very experienced engineers and some solid money behind them, have started a business working on performance cars. Chatting with him, he mentioned that they service FIPs and injectors and have recently got the contract for the Porsche UK classic division to redo their FI systems. So, if it's good enough for the Porsche version of the classic centre it should be good enough for our cars.
For anyone that needs any work done on injectors and pumps in the UK or Europe, it may be worth reaching out to them. They're serious engineers (they have some fascinating patents for micro almost nano FIPs). They can bench test our FIPs and injectors and rebuild both as necessary. I don't know the cost and I have never used them, but the experience and expertise is certainly there.
