Painting Hub Caps
« on: August 08, 2016, 07:09:42 »
I am restoring the hub caps on my 280sl. I have some unpainted ones.

Any advice on how to paint them and what type of paint to use?

Use the same paint as your car.  You can tape off the hubcaps or use a special stencil.

I have the Pagoda Group stencils for this area but unfortunately you need to be a Full Member to access them.  If you join, the deal is that I would send them to you at my expense and when you have done with them you hold till the next person wants then and you will forward them at your expense to the next person for this geographic area.
