Hi all

Has anyone ordered one of these from Mercedes Benz and are they better quality than those offered  through alternative suppliers such as SLS please?

Many thanks

"Tops are a fairy specialized manufacturing process with very few actual manufacturers.  Not having a "factory" top with the star stamp on the window glass is a one point deduction at high level shows so if you are not going to show the car the aftermarket top will be fine.

... that's what I heard too. But cannot confirm this, KHM would not reassure .... 8)

Had a new original factory one which was on special sale a couple of years ago. In blue, with the original MB star in the rear plastic window.
Sold the ST canvas to a fellow member since I gave up my project car back then.

ST was mounted to his 906 colored car - very nice fit.
 ;)
Have got a picture of Gerard's car .... cannout find it anymore on my computer... :o

I supplied GAHH with a plastic MB window which they sewn into their canvas top.
