The Northern Tour will depart from the Charlottesville - Crozet area on Monday September 18, heading north enjoying the vistas of Skyline Drive. Following a quick lunch stop in the Front Royal VA area we will proceed further north to Hagerstown VA for an 8 PM dinner at Schula's Grill and Crab, spending the night at the Hampton Inn. Following breakfast on Tuesday, departure for points north and west, the shorter drive to the DC area, or wherever.
On Monday afternoon, an optional visit to Andy Paza's restoration shop in Williamsport MD has been arranged.
Participation in the tour is flexible. All PUB attendees are welcome to join the drive. Some may want to break off for home earlier, for instance after lunch in Front Royal. Your $35 ticket gets you dinner and maybe a drink at Schula's!
A block of rooms (each with two queen beds) has been reserved at the Hampton Inn at a rate of $109 including wireless and a hot breakfast. If you wish to spend the night there, please contact the hotel directly at 301.739.6100 and mention that you are with the PUB17 group.

Monday September 18
9 AM Meet for coffee at a convenient place TBD near Waynesboro
930 AM depart coffee stop and head north on Skyline Drive
1230 PM lunch stop near Front Royal VA TBD (end of Skyline Drive)
130 PM – 330 PM drive to hotel in Hagerstown MD via Highway 11 or optionally, visit Andy Paza’s restoration shop in Williamsport MD
8 PM dinner at Schula’s Grill & Crab, Hagerstown
Tuesday September 19
8 AM breakfast at hotel
830 – ish AM departure for home or wherever
