I am trying to cancel and request a refund for my PUB tickets on Eventbright but it wont let me cancel the tickets because it wont accept a reason for the cancellation in the related drop down box. Did anyone else have this problem? How can I get a hold of Tom to help with this? It won't let me send a message to the organizer either for the same reason.
Any help is appreciated as I only have 2 days to get a 50% refund.
