One of the vents behind the drivers seat has a crack.  Are there any replacement parts for this item?

Last year I bought a pair of used vents from SL Tech for $50.  We'd confirmed at that time that the part was no longer being manufactured.  You might email Gernold Nisius at gernold@sltechw113.com for more detail.

I took a closer look at the ebay vents. One of the vents appears to have damage to the mesh area.

SLS has them for about 98 Euro each, new.  See section 91. Seats.

From what I recall the early type was metal and the later models were plastic.  Is this correct?

Hauser, that`s right. The late ones came in plastic.

BTW:
If You recognize a NLA part on a re-sellers list, the
part MUST be still avaliable. Sometimes on has to use
his imagination only. You know the whole covering incl.
BOTH vents is still available at 41,61 Euro  :D
