Chrome dash trim to fit behind HVAC levers to suit RHD

Please see the attached picture to make up for the vague description, I've no idea what this would actually be called!

Called "escutcheon" in parts list. It is composed of three pieces, center being just the tiny square piece. This center piece is the same for LHD and RHD.
