Seeking the rear drivers side window guide jaw & plastic inserts.

Do not forget the orange rings, it does not work without them. They are, in essence, available too.

Those small little rings are very expensive for what they are.

Indeed, they are $2 a piece net in my geography in MB (A1137250099) or EUR 0.83 at SLS. I am sure you can use something standard or even cut from a hose instead.

I cut the little rings from a piece of hose, worked perfectly.

You can see one on the photo you attached: upper photo, left plastic insert at the bottom. They are important. The plastic insert does not really hold the rail without them.
