230SL Head Refurbishment

Does anyone have recommendations for a shop to do head refurbishment (valve guides, stem seals, valve seat grinding/replacement, etc.)?  I am in East Tennessee so someone close by would be optimal but I am most interested in in experience with these heads and quality of workmanship.
