Rear end ready for install
« on: January 27, 2005, 02:01:59 »
Thought I'd post a photo of my reconditioned rear end .  Pulled it to give my rust guy room to work and just couldn't help my self.
Pulled shafts, bearings, all rubber and mounting gear.  Also redid brakes and drums.  Stripped all w/ wire brushes and painted w/  PPG epoxy primer.  Now I'm about ready to do the front.  good fun!
The second photo shows the angle iron to hold axle stable for moving and mounting.
